  • INTEGRATIVE COUNSELLING FOR ADULTS

Integrative counselling draws on multiple evidence-based approaches to provide flexible and personalised support. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model that focuses solely on symptoms or diagnosis, it considers your unique history, circumstances and relationships to understand what shapes your wellbeing.

    When counselling can help

    • Anxiety and mood concerns

    • Emotional and behavioural difficulties

    • Relational trauma and its effects

    • Family and relationship dynamics

    • Life transitions and adjustment challenges

    • Stress, burnout and workplace psychological injury

    • Return-to-work planning and support

    Who it's for

Individual counselling is available for adults navigating specific difficulties or looking to plan for what’s ahead.

A diagnosis or referral is not required to access support. However, Medicare rebates are available when you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.

  • CHILD-CENTRED & FAMILY-INCLUSIVE SUPPORT

My work with children and young people is relational and developmentally responsive. I focus on building their confidence to be genuinely heard, strengthening their capacity to navigate their own experiences, and fostering the connections that support their resilience and wellbeing.

    How it works

Support is tailored to age and developmental stage. Sessions may include:

    • Individual work with the young person

    • Joint sessions with parents or caregivers

    • Regular feedback and practical strategies to support progress at home

This collaborative approach aims to support the family as a unit to develop a shared understanding and the tools to work through difficulties together.

    Who it's for

Children aged 6 and over, young people, and their families.

A diagnosis or referral is not required to access support. However, Medicare rebates are available when you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.

  • PREGNANCY, POSTPARTUM & EARLY PARENTING SUPPORT

Pregnancy, postpartum and the early years of parenting bring profound physical, emotional and relational changes. This counselling offers a non-judgemental space to talk openly about what this time is really like, and to explore practical ways to care for yourself and your family.

With a strong focus on early intervention and prevention, support can help you navigate this significant life transition with greater confidence and connection.

    Areas of support

    • Adjusting to parenthood and identity shifts

    • Perinatal anxiety and depression

    • Fertility concerns, loss and grief

    • Birth experiences and trauma

    • Relationship and family dynamics during this transition

    • Bonding and attachment concerns

    • Parental stress and burnout

    • Social isolation

    • The impact of feeding and sleep challenges

    • Planning return to work or study

    When to reach out

You don't need to be in crisis or have a diagnosis. Counselling can support you:

    • During pregnancy, as you prepare and manage expectations

    • In the postpartum period, as you adjust and settle into parenthood

    • In the early years, as challenges emerge or persist

    Who it's for

Parents, partners and family members. You're welcome to bring your baby along to sessions.

A diagnosis or referral is not required to access support. However, Medicare rebates are available when you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.

  • REFLECTIVE & REFLEXIVE SUPPORT

Proactive and reflective supervision can mitigate the challenges of working in complex service systems. It goes beyond day-to-day problem-solving to explore our values, professional identity and how we position ourselves in our work with others.

Supervision from an external provider can complement existing supports by offering an independent space for reflection.

    What we explore together

    • The impact of the work on you and your practice

    • Ethical tensions and professional responsibility

    • Power, privilege and social justice in your practice

    • Navigating and challenging systemic barriers

    • Trauma-informed and compassionate leadership

    • Sustaining your wellbeing and person-centred practice

    • Professional growth and career direction

    Who it's for

Individual supervision is available for social workers, counsellors and other mental health practitioners.
