I’m a social worker and counsellor with over ten years’ experience supporting people through life's complexities. I work with children, young people, adults and families, with a special interest in perinatal mental health and relational dynamics.

My approach looks beyond diagnosis to consider the whole person, including the patterns, relationships and environments that shape how you’re feeling.

We work collaboratively to help you understand your experiences in context, then develop practical strategies that fit your life and values.

Integrative counselling

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Evidence-based support to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties and school/workplace challenges.
Perinatal wellbeing

PREGNANCY, POSTPARTUM & EARLY PARENTING
A strong focus on early intervention and preventive care for perinatal anxiety and depression.
Non-judgemental support to unpack identity shifts, relationship dynamics, bonding and attachment, birth experiences, parenting challenges, and returning to work or study.
Children and young people

Counselling
Session length: 50 minutes
Fee: $190
Medicare rebate: $87.25 with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP
Supervision
Session length: 60 minutes
Fee: $165 (including GST)
A number of bulk-billed and reduced-fee sessions are available.
Once Medicare subsidies are exhausted, reduced fees for ongoing maintenance support or additional sessions can be discussed.
